Founder
Raoul Didisheim is a seasoned professional with experience in digital strategy and marketing operations at top-tier agencies. Raoul founded Didisheim Consulting to bring his agency knowledge to early-to-midsize companies looking to outperform competitors and generate online conversions and profits.
Before launching Didisheim Consulting, Raoul served as the VP and General Manager at ecommerce agency dotbox, where he played a pivotal role in the company's growth and client retention, leading to its acquisition by MDC Partners. His prior agency experience includes leadership roles at SapientRazorfish, Webb Communications, and Mediaworks.
Raoul's career began as an NBC Page, and he later transitioned into writing and producing promotional content for the Sundance Channel, branded segments for Synaptic Digital, and AMC's MagRack. He has also produced travel shows and series for The Travel Channel, HBO, and NBC Sports Network.
Raoul is committed to helping businesses navigate the digital environment and achieve lasting success. He is always eager to connect and explore how he can collaborate to elevate your online presence.
Raoul is the recipient of two Telly Awards and a Film Advisory Board Award of Excellence. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications from Emerson College and is a member of the Producers Guild of America-New Media Council, the Kotel Business Community, 212NYC-New York's Digital Community, and Gerson Lehrman Group, Inc. (GLC).
Director of Business Development
John Battista De Santis has extensive experience producing and managing high-impact creative solutions internationally. His background incorporates new business development, creative direction of digital, marketing, corporate, and international government trade campaigns, and the design, development, and delivery of higher education curricula and courses.
John was creative director and co-founder of Webb Communications, a full-service design and marketing firm based in New York with partner offices in Milan and Barcelona. There he managed new business development, business acceleration, and localization with clients in the US, Italian, and European markets. He produced new business pitches and proposals, managed client relationships, identified leads, and generated prospective projects.
John holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from The School of Visual Arts in New York
